- We provide activities where children are in smaller groups enabling them to build up solid relationships with an adult and other children of their own age and also allowing children to work on challenging tasks at their own level.
- Extended programme for the 4 to 5 year age group which includes pre-writing, pre-reading, pre-maths, computer skills, self-help skills to provide a sound preparation for their transition to school.
- Large, safe, well equipped outdoor area to encourage all aspects of children's wellbeing and development.
Daily programme
The programme for each age group is displayed in the children's dining area at the Preschool and the play areas in the Nursery and Junior School. The programme is based on the Early Childhood Curriculum - Te Whariki and reflects the holistic way children learn and the way in which children form relationships with those around them and with their environment.
