All of our teachers are ECE trained and registered. We exceed consenting party pay rates based on both qualification and experience. We fully subsidise "dollar for dollar" KiwiSaver contributions and provide staff with up to seven hours of non-contact time per week.

James Street has generous professional development budgets and offers a formal advice and guidance programme for provisionally registered teachers.
